The Little Shop of Cheese began as a humble market stall back in 2011, founded by Nicola Parker following a career in nursing. Through dedication and a passion for quality, her stalls became beloved fixtures at markets in Thame, Wendover, and Leighton Buzzard. The shop showcases a wide range of cheeses—including blue, soft, hard, and goats’ and ewes’ selections—with a strong emphasis on handmade British produce, alongside classic continental varieties. Products are sourced directly from over twenty independent British farms, ensuring top-notch, authentic flavour.
